European Technical Office · Paimore, Osaka
A professional
infrastructure for
Japanese hair technology.
Zenith Professional is the European technical office for Paimore — the Osaka laboratory in continuous practice since 1975. Our role is education, certification and long-term partnership with the salons that work with the catalogue. Not retail. Not distribution at scale.

Japanese
Hair Technology.
A research discipline built around hair integrity — the long-term condition of the fibre, treatment cycle after treatment cycle, rather than a single cosmetic finish.

Principles
Five disciplines define the Japanese approach to professional hair technology as we practise it.
- P.01
Hair integrity, first
The fibre is treated as a long-lived structure. Every formulation is judged on whether it preserves cortical and cuticular integrity across years of professional service.
- P.02
Long-term condition over cosmetic effect
A finish that holds for one appointment is incidental. The standard is the hair's condition at the next appointment, and the one after that.
- P.03
Precision chemistry
pH transitions, processing time and ingredient concentrations are specified to narrow tolerances. The formulation does what it is calibrated to do — nothing incidental.
- P.04
Salon-controlled application
Systems are designed for trained hands and controlled conditions. The protocol is part of the product; outside the salon, neither is complete.
- P.05
Continuous refinement
Reformulation is infrequent and deliberate. Each iteration is validated in working salons over months before it enters the catalogue.

The application
The protocol is part of the product.
The formulation is one half of the system; the controlled hand of the professional is the other. Outside the salon, neither is complete — which is why every Paimore release is accompanied by certification, not advertising.
Education Hub →A letter from Osaka
“We make slowly, so the work lasts longer.”
For five decades, the same small laboratory in Osaka has formulated the systems that pass through our European network. Reformulations are infrequent. Catalogue additions are quieter still. We hold to a measured pace because the discipline of professional hair chemistry is not a discipline of speed.
Zenith Professional was constituted to carry this practice into Europe intact — without the dilution that haste, distribution scale or retail ambition would require.

Professional Philosophy
Five principles, one discipline.
Zenith Professional operates on a single discipline — that Japanese hair technology only performs at its intended level when deployed inside a strict professional framework. Every element of the platform is built around that conviction.
- P.01Technical precisionCalibrated formulations, exact protocols, measurable outcomes.
- P.02Hair integrityStructural condition of the hair is the non-negotiable baseline.
- P.03Controlled professional applicationDistributed only to verified salons; never sold direct-to-consumer.
- P.04Education-driven approachCertification precedes commercial access — without exception.
- P.05Long-term salon partnershipRelationships built over years of joint technical practice.

The Manufacturer — SPEC: 001
PAIMORE — the Osaka laboratory the office is built around.
Paimore was constituted in Osaka in 1975 as a professional manufacturer of hair chemistry. Five decades of catalogue discipline — precision, integrity, and protocol — refined inside Japanese salons rather than presented to the market.
Zenith Professional carries that practice into Europe intact. No retail surface, no parallel channels — only the manufacturer, the technical office, and the certified salon.
Paimore Technology →Professional Access
The platform is closed by design.

Zenith Professional is reserved for verified European salons committed to Japanese methodology, technical certification, and long-term distribution discipline.

The catalogue.
Six professional treatment systems are currently documented for the European partner network. Each is published as an educational reference — purpose, philosophy, ideal substrate, protocol sequence and maintenance logic.

Educational reference. Full specification & ordering — partner access required.
The chair is where the work is judged.
In Japan, the formal word for the place where the work actually happens is genba — the field, the site, the chair. Every Paimore system has been refined inside one. Stylists trial protocols under live conditions; the laboratory observes, measures and iterates from the chair backwards.
This is why the catalogue moves quietly. The reference point is not the market. It is the appointment, the cycle after it, and the condition of the hair through both.

Education — In Development
A forthcoming technical curriculum.
The Zenith education programme is being structured around three pillars, delivered by Japanese master technicians and the European technical office. First cohorts open to certified partners.
Hands-on training in PAIMORE protocols — substrate analysis, molecular reconstruction, digital perm discipline.
Structured study of Japanese hair chemistry, pH systems and the science behind controlled professional application.
Ongoing technical assistance for certified partners — case review, protocol refinement, in-salon visits.
