About PAIMORE

A Japanese laboratory tradition.

Founded in Osaka and refined across decades of Japanese salon practice, PAIMORE develops chemical systems built around a single principle: precision protects integrity.

Each formulation is designed to be deployed by a trained professional under controlled conditions — never as a retail product, never outside the protocol.

Zenith Professional manages the European introduction of these systems through technical education, salon vetting, and direct sourcing from the manufacturer.

Paimore Heritage

Fifty years of
quiet practice.

Founded in Osaka in 1975, Paimore began as a professional beauty manufacturer focused on research, salon performance, and the long-term integrity of hair.

Ch. 01 — Origin

Paimore was established in a small Osaka laboratory in the spring of 1975. From the beginning, the company was built around a single discipline: to make formulations a working stylist could trust, day after day, across years of practice.

There was no marketing department. Early development was led by chemists working alongside practising salon professionals — observing, measuring, refining.

Ch. 02 — Practice

For five decades, Paimore systems have evolved alongside professional stylists. Each protocol is developed through real salon experience — not through trend cycles, not for retail shelves.

Reformulations are infrequent and deliberate. A system enters the catalogue only after sustained chair validation, often spanning years of quiet iteration.

Ch. 03 — Discipline

The work is held to a Japanese research culture: precise, patient, evidence-led. Outcomes are judged on the condition of the hair across subsequent appointments — not on the first impression in the chair.

This is the practice Zenith Professional has chosen to introduce, intact, to the European salon network.

SPEC: 003 — Catalogue

The catalogue,
by category.

The Paimore catalogue is organised into four working categories. Only Homecare is actively distributed to consumers through the European partner network — and only Homecare carries pricing and ordering.

Professional systems, treatment technologies and reference products are published as educational references. Specification and ordering for those categories are reserved for certified partners.

  • PMR-PLX

    Professional Access

    PLEXMENT

    Amino-acid restructuring · In-salon

    Philosophy

Not a one-appointment repair claim. A structured programme reintroducing the hair's eighteen constituent amino acids to cortex and cuticle, supporting condition across successive treatment cycles.

    Purpose

Restores cortical continuity in hair recovering from repeated chemical or thermal services. Designed for use in series.

  • PMR-BCO

    Professional Access

    Beceo HBS

    Post-chemical pH restoration

    Philosophy

Closing protocol for any oxidative or reductive service. Returns the fibre to its native pH window and arrests residual reaction before the client leaves the chair.

    Purpose

Neutralisation, sequenced acidification, and cuticle re-alignment after colour, lightening, perm, or straightening.

  • PMR-ECO

    Professional Access

    eco HBS

    Scalp balance · Herbal cleansing

    Philosophy

The scalp is treated as a living substrate. Gentle surfactancy with Japanese botanical extracts maintains barrier and microflora rather than stripping them.

    Purpose

Salon-grade cleansing for sensitive scalps and daily wear, calibrated to preserve native pH and sebum equilibrium.

Treatment Technologies

Calibrated technology platforms · Educational reference

Educational reference

Reductive, thermal and substrate-preparation platforms. Partner-only.

  • PMR-STR

    Professional Access

    Straight Systems

    Reductive restructuring · Thermal alignment

    Philosophy

A calibrated reduction-and-realignment platform. Disulfide architecture is opened under controlled pH, realigned with measured thermal input, and re-stabilised in sequence.

    Purpose

Long-term smoothing without compromising the cortical structure that supports future services.

  • PMR-DPE

    Digital Perm Systems

    Thermal curl restructuring

    Philosophy

Curl formation is treated as a thermal reconditioning problem. Rod, temperature and dwell are specified per substrate diagnosis — not per trend.

    Purpose

Stable, low-stress curl architecture on substrates that pass diagnostic for thermal restructuring.

  • PMR-GRT

    Professional Access

    Grats

Substrate preparation · Hydration & lipid balance

    Philosophy

Before chemistry, the substrate. Grats prepares the fibre — hydration, intra-fibre lipid balance, cuticle continuity — so the protocol that follows behaves as it is calibrated to behave.

    Purpose

Pre-service conditioning to bring porosity, moisture and lipid distribution to a known baseline.

Professional Philosophy

Four commitments.

PAIMORE's discipline is grounded in Japanese research and professional integrity. The brand exists to protect long-term hair condition — not to chase trend cycles or consumer markets.

Φ.01Japanese research

Each formulation originates in Osaka's laboratory practice and is refined through decades of Japanese salon application.

Φ.02Professional integrity

PAIMORE is never marketed as a retail product. The integrity of the brand depends on professional-only deployment.

Φ.03Hair science

Protocols are derived from measurable substrate diagnostics — porosity, prior chemistry, cortical condition.

Φ.04Long-term hair condition

Outcomes are judged not on the chair, but on the condition of the hair across subsequent treatment cycles.

Education

The protocol is the product.

No PAIMORE system is released without certification. Technicians complete a master-led curriculum covering substrate diagnostics, molecular reconstruction, thermal discipline and scalp barrier maintenance.
