EDU · PMR-STR — Treatment System
A professional straightening discipline that restructures the disulphide bond architecture of the hair under controlled reduction, heat and re-oxidation.
Straightening is not styling. It is a structural reconfiguration of the cortex — and is judged on the integrity of the fibre after the chemistry, not on the smoothness of the first finish.
Paimore's straightening systems hold to a calibrated reduction-and-realignment philosophy: minimum chemistry sufficient to achieve the structural target, with the post-service protocol treated as part of the system, not a footnote.

Shukumō-Kyōsei — Hair Straightening
To restructure the disulphide bond network of the hair through sequenced reduction, controlled thermal alignment and re-oxidation, while preserving long-term cortical integrity.
Deployed by certified technicians only. The system requires diagnostic-led calibration of reducer strength, dwell time and thermal application.
Always paired with Beceo HBS as the closing pH-restoration protocol.
Substrate prepared, where indicated, with PLEXMENT or Grats prior to the service.
The system performs best when the substrate matches the following markers. Assessment is conducted at the basin before application.
C.01
Structurally sound
Cortex of sufficient integrity to tolerate reductive chemistry.
C.02
Moderate porosity
Even porosity across the length; no extreme zonal damage.
C.03
Cleared substrate
No competing residues from prior incompatible chemistry.
Diagnostic
Substrate analysis: porosity, elasticity, prior chemistry mapped per zone.
Reduction
Calibrated reducer applied under controlled time and temperature.
Thermal align
Heat applied at specified temperature to realign the bond network.
Re-oxidation
Bond network re-fixed in the new configuration.
Restoration
Beceo HBS closes the service; condition recorded against baseline.

Cortical support through reduction
Compatible homecare prescribed at the chair; sulphate-led cleansers and aggressive thermal styling discouraged for the first 72 hours.
Returned to baseline assessment at the next appointment.
Re-service interval determined by regrowth and substrate condition — not by calendar.
Indicated for clients seeking long-term structural straightening on a substrate of sufficient integrity. Contraindicated where prior chemistry, severe porosity or compromised elasticity disqualify the fibre.
